Shipping and Handling
All donation gifts shipped within the continental US require an added $4 shipping and handling fee. This excludes Alaska and Hawaii, which require an $8 shipping and handling fee.
All donation gifts shipped to North America (excluding the continental US) require an $8 shipping and handling fee.
Anything outside North America requires a $10 shipping and handling fee.
If your donation gift is significantly larger or smaller than our standard gifts (e.g. a magnet = small, a hoodie = large), the shipping and handling rate for your item may fluctuate. If this is the case with your item, we will notify you in a timely manner.

NOTICE: You do not need a Paypal account to donate to this charity. Paypal allows you to send money with your credit card without creating an account.
If you donate through paypal and would like one of our free donation gifts, PLEASE list which item you would like IN the Paypal form when you donate. This makes our job of keeping track of who is getting what and where it is going, MUCH easier.
#2: Donating with cash, check, or money order.

Please make all checks out to either Arianne Nellessen or Ein Herz fur Kinder. If you make your check out to EHFK it may take a few weeks for that check to be cashed, since it will be sent over seas.
If you'd like us to hold an item for you and you're donating through the mail, let us know in an email which item you want us to hold, not just in your letter. We can't guarantee that your item will be available if you don't email us to hold it immediately.
When you send your money in the mail, please include your email, name, and what donation gift you'd like in the envelope. Otherwise, it'll be difficult to match your donation up with who you are online. Please remember to do this, we've been having a lot of trouble getting people their gifts when they donate through the mail.
All cash donations must be made in US Dollars. Please have your currency exchanged to US Dollars before sending. You can have this done at your local bank.
